Interview with Cora Green Wright, an African-American alumna of North Texas State University, concerning her childhood and early education in all-black schools of Lamar County, Tex.; decision to attend Paris Junior College and to follow older brother Charles Green to North Texas in 1962; experience as a boarder in "Shack Town" neighborhood of Denton; relations with white North Texas students, particularly in Baptist Student Union; decision to major in business administration; marriage to North Texas alumnus Roy Wright; career with Federal National Mortgage and in family insurance business; participation in "Trailblazers" alumni group.
